We are looking for volunteers for this year’s Dylan’s 2 mile Run & Walk for Autism to Indian Summer Festival. Be a Volunteer.

Volunteer Opportunities

  • Registration Tent – 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.: Register participants for on-site and pre registration as well as team registration.
  • Pledge Acceptance – 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.: Take pledge money from participants and verify amounts.
  • Registration Food Station – 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.: Set-up/prep of food station including cutting of fruit, bread and stocking other snacks.
  • Course Corners & Mileage Timers - 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: Guide runners and walkers along the course by preventing conflicting pedestrian and vehicle traffic from entering the course. (Police are responsible for major intersections.) Assist in getting medical attention for injured or ill runners at water/first aid stations.
  • Sag Walkers – 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: Participate in the walk but be the last participants to confirm the end of the event at points along the course.
  • Water Stations – 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.: Pour water into cups and hand it to participants at the water station located at point before Harbor Island on the course.
  • Finish Line Refreshment Station – 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Set-up/prep of food station including cutting of fruit, bread and stocking other snacks.
